As much as I did NOT want the Jets to draft Cutler in the '06 Draft, this kid really looks like he's ready to break out this year. In retrospect, that was a pretty shitty QB Draft class but Cutler looks like the best of the bunch by far. Clemens?...Ehh...not so much.

Still think the Jets made the smart pick at the time by taking Ferguson. I'm just glad we didn't end up with Young or Leinart

Cutler has looked like this since the draft... see? its his 3rd year.. i guess that whole wait 3 years thing is true, huh?

    Hindsight is Cutler and McNeil.

Ferguson was by far the best pick for us at that point. Leinart could still be a good QB, but is not what I wanted. Young looks more and more lost every time out. Cutler has shown the tools to play very well and now has had a very good game to back this up. Hopefully for the Denver fans he keeps it up.

Second guessing is very easy down the line. Given the circumstances, we had to take the best left tackle in the draft at that point.

Let's see what happens for the next few weeks. Beating up on the Oakland Raiders doesn't tell you anything at the moment because they're such a joke of a franchise.

To me, he'll be pro bowl QB in the near future. I wanted our FO to draft him in 06 but they felt Brick was a better move. We probably could have moved down, picked up a third rounder in doing so and then picked Cutler.

But then again we would never have won the Favre sweepstakes.

They have arguably the best CB duo in the NFL. Or atleast one of the best.

The Jets had great cornerbacks when they sucked in the mid 90's also. That didn't make a big game by a QB against them mean anything more than the Jets sucked.

we wouldn't need Favre if we had Cutler. He'd be a Buccaneer.

The Raiders?? Did you see how that secondary played against a WR corps without their talented WR Marshall. They got killed by a rookie WR in a WR draft class that was supposed to suck. The Raiders have the greatest amount of shitty talent.

    or the broncos??

While Cutler does look good, Mcneil is completely overrated right now, he had a horrible season right now, and i think he is hurt. Lets wait and see with D'brick i think he is ready for a big year.

After week one hey look like one of the worst. Te got orched by a rookie 2nd round pick last night.

Pay more attention to the play and not the names, because that was not pretty last night at all.

He will make the pro bowl this year Oakland's defense is the most talented even though they clearly arent the best. They have 1 great corner and another very good one in Hall and 2 solid safeties in Huff and Wilson he exposed them with a rookie wr and without his best reviever in Brandon Marsahll some one who will also make the pro bowl, Denver could be a surprise team if the defense improves which is sayiing alot.Their offense will be on point though this year.

Looking back its esay to say we should have taken Cutler im also glad we had no chance at Vince Young cause he was a great college qb but he just cant get it in the NFL his toughness is always beiing questioned retirement problems i wouldnt be surprised if he is seriously depressed. And Matt Leinert the fact that he cant even suceed with those 2 wr's is disturbing
