Meh. Power rankings can be so frustrating. I think these guys have to say things that are controversial so people will read it. I agree though. Sanchez sure was lucky to drop that ball perfectly into the hands of Edwards 40 yards down the field against the Texans. And Brad Smith sure got lucky on that run and then the touchdown. Every team gets lucky. Get over it.
The Steelers definitely got lucky. Don't know where all of the guys lowering them in the rankings are.
Just for the record, Patriots have been outscored 96-95 in 4th Qtr. this season so far. EDIT: This is actually counting 21-0 in 4th quarter against the lions, so they were horribly outscored 96-74 (-22) until turkey day. would hardly call them a team running away from opponents in the 4th quarter.

The Jets have been riding a wave of good fortune for about a year now according to the experts. 16-4 in their last 20 games including playoffs, but they're still not any good. Just lucky.

The way we've been playing of late I say he has it about right, this whole season we've ONLY played 1 complete game. If we continue this way we'll look back @ '08 & '86 & say woulda, shoulda, coulda. If we turn it around & start clicking on all cylinders then the skies the limit, hopefully this Monday night will be the beginning of a spectacular run. Like Rex says this team is built to play in Dec. & Jan...hopefully Feb. is also included.

Are you fucking serious... sanchez made a great throw... if brady or manning had made that throw it would have been because they are great qb's who come through in the clutch... hes our franchize qb and people should stop claiming he gets lucky when he makes a great throw.
