@Adam_Schefter Filed to ESPN: In return for QB Jason Campbell, Redskins receive the Raiders fourth-round pick in 2012.
So I guess Big Ben to the Raiders is out of the question now, damn. I was hoping he would get exiled there.
Wow. The Raiders had a great draft, and their roster is young and pretty stacked with talent. If they can coach the pieces together, they're going to give the Chargers some trouble.
Can someone please tell me what is wrong with Bruce Gradkowski? Do his feet smell? Does he have bad breath? Does he have B.O.? Did he refuse to massage Al's bunions? Why don't the raiders give the guy a chance? He played pretty well for them until he got injured...
The problem is that this happens a lot. I think his latest is a pectoral that almost ripped off of the bone completely
I like watching the train wreck that is the Oakland Raiders, but I've gotta say, I hope Campbell does well. That kid was a class act no matter what the Redskins front office threw at him.
A lot of times players step in at the end of seasons and play well because there's little to no film on them so it's hard for coaches to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Jason Campbell is a former first round pick with a good work ethic and attitude and has shown more flashes of talent than Bruce G. Oakland appears to have confidence in his ability to be a productive player for them which is something that was never the case in Washington. I think he'll be a good player in Oakland and will lead them to respectability at the very least in 2010
we want the raiders to do well this year. they give the pats their first round draft pick in next years draft. that said, the raiders and "good draft" are something of a rarity.
