    Jacobs is a toolshed but he'll make a decent change of pace from Gore, hard not to see the dynamic that creates as a COP back. I would have hated him signing with the Jets, though.

    Your defense and Eli Manning were the reason you won those 2 superbowls. Jacobs really didn't contribute much to either of them.

    They don't make it to the playoffs without Brandon Jacobs running like he did. As much as I love Eli Manning, his play was very inconsistent during the regular season. If the running game wasn't there during the regular season the Giants may not even have made the playoffs.

    Just for shits and giggles, the first superbowl you guys won, these were Jacobs stats in the playoffs:

    TB - 34 yards
    DAL - 54 yards
    GB - 67 yards
    NE - 42 yards

    If it wasn't for Jacobs explosive running during the playoffs, I don't think you guys would have won LOL

    Considering Eli had a 95.7 rating in the playoffs, I would say Jacobs didn't earn shit

    Now I'm not arguing with you, because you never said anything about the playoffs, but these stats speak a lot. Playoffs is what matters, and frankly Jacobs didn't do shit in them.
