maybe the FO is thinging of picking up a vet. Im guess it also proves that Thomas Jones will be ready to go next week
No way the final 53 man roster only has those 4 running backs. Maybe they are hoping they can get Ware on the practice squad and activate him later in the season.
None of the rooks that got waived (or vets for that matter) looked better than Ware did. Until proven otherwise, I classify this as a MAJOR FU by the Tangini's. Tutt is all of a sudden the #3 RB? BULL****! And with Jones all messed up, not to mention the HGH thing, where he was playing under a coach in Chicago that just got suspended for 5 games for using the stuff. Some team will pick Ware up... watch.
Very suprised. Keeping 5 TE's and Tutt, I figured Pociask or Ryan could take Tutt's spot and Ware would be #3 tailback. I guess this means TJ is ready to go.
Artose Pinner and Antonio Pittman are available. (Pittman's not a vet, though. He was a 4th round selection this past April).
They are looking to trade one of the TE's so they choose to protect them instead of releasing. Ryan is a good 3 TE. He has value. Tangini have a plan so lets give them a chance. I have seen no reason not to continue to believe in these 2.
Agree with ya all the way. Who knows, maybe they think the O-line is so bad they plan on usenig some 3 or 4 TE sets.
I'm surprised. Even though Ware didn't look all that impressive to me in preseason, I thought he'd be alright as a #3. I would have liked to see Tutt go though, can't imagine why we kept him.
Ware actually did look impressive, he looked like a nice 3rd back to have. I'm very shocked by this. I guess this means Thomas Jones is ready to go.
I think Brad Smith's poor play at QB cost Danny a rsoter spot. They like flexibility and Tutt gives them that but if smith could have been the #3 QB and a backup WR then a roster spot would have opened and Ware probably would have made it.
