why don't we give the Redskins a call and see if we could get what there offering for Briggs? Would anybody on here do that trade?

Redskins are not looking for a MLB any more. They signed London Fletcher to a big FA contract to fill that hole.

Why is this such a bad thread Scikotics? There have been a plethera of articles, reports, and interviews saying that Vilma, perhaps, could be traded. I think he makes an interesting point. If Lance Briggs is stirring up a huge market, why not Vilma?

They're almost done. The draft will kill off 99% of them. Assuming he's still with the Jets at the end of the first round. :)

Yup....he was rumored to be on his way to Detroit, via Washington for the #2 pick. The jets had to give up all the first borns from the offensive line and every third daughter of each running back to get the deal done.

Jeez. Do people really expect the truth about every smoke screen coming out of every team's FO?

#1 Jets Fan, you're losing your touch. You should have titled the thread, 'I bet my life savings that the Jets will wear green uniforms this season'.

Definitely call the 'skins. They're the most spendthrift of any organization.

its a craptastic topic on a craptastic subject. vilma isnt going anywhere. these "reports" are such draftday speculation and manuvering thoughts drummed up by writers with no real story. barton has been talked about as a trade possibility....vilma has no chance of lining up in any other uni other than our green and white next season. id be shocked, saddened, and angry if vilma gets moved. theres been way too many stupid topics about this subject. its not only old, boring and a million other adjectives that go along with pathetic but its getting annoying.

i dont get why so many jet "fans" would like to see vilma on another team....
