All we need to do is allow Clowney to develope. Problem is, Shotty likes Smith, so therefore there will be no open position for Clowney while Shotty has Smith to run his "Gadget Plays". Stuckey is good, Coles won't be out for another year or two. An entire Off Season and Training Camp for Favre could do wonders for this team.

We will go 3-13 if Favre comes back. He will older, blinder, stupider, slower, weaker, and crazier.

I say we cut him and move on. let Clemens and Ratliff battle for the job.
I really liked the trade for Favre, but is there any reason to believe he will be better next season?

Right now i dont know if i want him back or not, gotta see how the rest of the year plays out if the jets make the playoffs then i would want him back. and if the jets draft tebow that would be awsome.

What, you didn't see "Benjamin Button"??? :)

And I agree 100%. Let the kids battle it out and the best man plays QB next year.

Farve has already set the table , talking about his arm and that it may not be there anymore. Elway broke down in tears when discussing is failing attributes and Farve will bow out and do the same! Ill always wonder what could have been 4 years earlier.

I doubt it will ever happen, but I would take that kid in a heartbeat. That's the kind of guy you could build a serious team around.

If Favre does come back, let's just hope they concentrate on grooming his successor in the meantime, whomever it might be.

Go ahead and enjoy watching yet another losing season under TT.

I'll enjoy watching Favre, with a full offseason of work, excel. Of course, that is assuming there is some new coaches.

I wouldn't want Tebow as the next starter, I'd want Tebow solely for the wildcat. Durable fast, hard-running qb who can still throw. He's perfect for that system. I wouldn't be suprised to see him getting snatched up by the Phins solely to run this formation. Hell, keep him and Pennington/Henne out there and run a modified A-11!

1- we can draft a qb, but don't count on him transforming the team for 2-3 years.

2- we can 'try' to get cassell

3- we can go with clemens/ratti

4- we can stay with favre

    enie meinie minie mo

obviously the qb position can not be counted on to 'transform' the jets next season.
