Santonio Holmes: 9 reception, 147 yards, 0 TDs

I was really impressed with how he bounced back from that poor game last week. He was really one of the few bright spots we had on offense.

For the season: 16 receptions, 243 yards, 1 TD

If he can get the drops down, he could be looking at a very good season.

Plus he picked up a few PI calls against him as well, which helped extend a few drives.

He had one big drop and a bad holding call against him, otherwise he performed pretty well. He still does not get much separation but I don't expect that to change anyway. I'll take it I suppose.

He proved why he is the #1 WR option for the Jets

He was terrific today. The bottom line is, regardless of how much of an asshole he may or may not be, we need him to play like this to have a shot at contending. We really do. And today he delivered.

He played really well. If he can do more of this, great for us. He was amazing. I think he got the team going to.

He played well, but he's still a pussy and doesn't like to get hit, he drops the ball in critical spots. But good game from him

This was a vintage Holmes game with excellent yards after the catch, great to see him play like a stud again.

He played a great game, and he'd better keep playing like this until the rest of the WR corps steps up. Hill gets the pass for now for being a rookie but the fact remains his difficulties put more pressure on Holmes to step up in the face of a lot of attention from the opposing defenses.

But, I'm glad vintage Holmes suited up today.

Also, Keller can't get back soon enough. Cumberland just doesn't mesh with Sanchez the same way.

Good game by Holmes and he handled himself well at the post-game podium, brushing off would be attempts by some media trolls to bring up last year in Miami, etc....

That said, did anyone notice the obnoxious little prick holding the ball aloft during his "1st down" posturing for an extended period of time while the ref was standing next to him with upturned hand waiting fot Tone to drop the ball into his (the ref's) palm .... which he eventually did. Pretty stupid (but also funny) looking.
