It's brutal. This dline gets held, blatantly, on every down. I think we got 1 call maybe 2.

    otherwise...

yeh on a couple of plays i was really frustrated that they didnt call holding

    it was pretty ridiculous.

now the pats game happens, just pisses you off as a fan of a team that rarely gets any calls...

    its getting nba bad now

Anyways, we won so it doesn't matter, but it has been pretty bad.

I remember one play where a pass rusher was chasing down Oakland's QB and an o-line him shoves him on the back to the ground. Pretty sure that's not legal. Ref stared it down and didn't make the call.

That was heinous to watch. It was so blatant. Luckily it didn't effect the outcome of the game.

I try not to whine about officiating too but these observations are all 100% spot on. Our D line got mugged all day.

Was it always the same official not calling the holding penalties or was it several of them? If it was the latter, then how does that happen? They always make the same mistakes against the same team then or maybe they are being told what to do.

The refs have screwed the Jets for years now. There is no conspiracy just honest mistakes!

Coples was being held all game long, I hate this rule that you can't whine about the refs when you win but these guys sucked today. They didn't call many penalties but it's frustrating to watch a team move the ball on you all day when you see your lineman getting held.
