Listen I'm just as exstatic at the jets performance primarily pennington's but lets be honest: - We beat a team that is mediocre, and we almost choked - Don't forget... we have absolutely no running game, chad carried the team, he won't be able to do what he did last week. These are the patriots. Our run blocking was pathetic. But on a more positive not chad really surprised me with his performance, and I believe if we can protect him hell do things. But Im not too confident...my prediction for next week's game 27-17 Pats

But I think the point is being missed. We beat the Titans that are on there way to having one of the top five draft choices. And the Pats have owned the Jets in recent years. Lets all wake up and smell the coffee. The Jets exceeded the "experts" expectations last week but c'mon, the Pats are a much better team. Do I feel good about the game? Yeah. But this is not a guranteed game. We still have no clue what the team is capable of.
And the Pats beat a team that's gonna have a top five pick also. The Pats might be a better team (on paper) because of their past but they're not the same team as they once were.
They are definately vulnerable, and the mystique is gone. This is a winnable game if there ever was one.
Some people are getting way too ahead of themselves. Are the Pats still in the dynasty years...no. However they have owned our ass over the last few years and I still wouldnt put it past them they can go 11-5 or better. We beat tennessee who will be picking top 5 again, I am in no way calling blowout Sunday or playoffs. I did like what I saw but I am realisitic, we have no running game, we played the Titans who have no offense.
D'Brick is gonna have a very very VERY tough game aqainst the best 3-4 DE in the NFL (he is on seymore's side right?)
