IN a nutshell are Randy Moss and J porter happy with the direction of offense. No but last time I check they aren't head coach. The players don't have to understand the reason why certain choices were made(D gabriel trade etc) . They are being paid to catch passes and not run the offense or the team.
Art shell is the coach. Hes going to be Judged eventually on how many wins, and not how many receptions R Moss or J porter have.
    Here his quote.
"The culture is changing," Shell said firmly, "and everybody has been on board and trying to get involved in the process of winning football games, and getting in here, working. You can't have inmates running the asylum. "That's not gonna be. Not under me, and 99.9 percent of the players here feel that way. They want direction. We're going to give them direction. And I'm not going to back down off of that. "A couple of the inmates have been trying to run the doggone culture around here. They've been running the program. And that's not gonna be anymore. I'm the head coach. I'm the guy in charge."

    Bravo.

Now let me help you understand what this all means for Raiders offense. Its pretty obvious with Alvis whitted(fastest raider) starting opposite Randy Moss. Both are going to put tremendous pressure on a defense deep. (stretch the field-taking alot defenders deep)Opening up for L jordan(running game) and Raiders TES/ R curry to exploit the middle of the field. ( you play fantasy football take the raiders te's, because they should have big year) Watch Monday night and watch how much the Te's/Curry hurt the Chargers.
JMO You think The Wrs(J Porter and R moss) don't realize raiders are going to run the football alot and the Tes are going to be the one that benefits the most in the offense. That probably the biggest reason both aren't happy right now.
