What does the offseason look like? I don't think Saleh and his staff will come back. Okay, so do the Jets go that next hot offensive or defensive coach again? Do they look at retread coaches? Douglas might get another shot but that could be complicated if he brings in another head coach when Douglas himself might be on thin ice. Or does Woody stay the course? With a horrible OL putting Rodgers in peril all year. Jets got major issues to address.

I cannot imagine any logical scenario in which the coaching staff changes and Rogers returns. If Woody wants him back, Saleh, Hackett, etc. will be back too.
If Aaron takes the possibility of return off the table, I suspect they all get canned and Jets draft a QB.

I really think both are back next year.
It’s just so dysfunctional that a player could influence an owners decision making that way.

I think the handful of people wanting Rex back have caught SOJ-itus.

We will be champions of the off-season again, just like we always are.

With this same cast of dubious characters, next offseason the script provides the same overhype, hard sell, false optimism and lack of a contingency plans when, once again, the shit hits the fan during the 2024 season.
