Thanks all. Two days after my birthday I got a shitty cold. Growing old sucks. Nah, age is a gift. Another gift was a signed Curtis Martin shirt, which is just about the the best present I could receive. Love that guy. See you lot in London.

I'm celebrating the same age this year and it's a dumb age so I won't say happy birthday, just that numbers are overrated. Time is just an abstract concept. But good job surviving this long anyway.
I do pretty much all the same things I did when I was 18... it's just the gaps between those things gets bigger with age.

I passed that milestone (or millstone) a while ago and tell people I can do pretty much everything I always did, just not as strong or fast - and I was never very strong or fast anyway.
