Clement wasn't all that bad this year, but to want to release both Moore and Clement (who is unsigned as of now) is a scary proposition.

I'd like to see a CB, either Samuel or Clements in FA, but that's about it. I'd like to draft either a RG or a RT in the third round.

Briggs will cost way too much. it's hard to talk about FA without including some discussion of the draft as well. We need a DE, a CB, an RB and some help on the right side of the O line.

No way the Jets draft an OT in the first round again.

I think we should ge for

    Michael Turner From the Chargers

I would like briggs but i think will command a high salary

Clements i think will be a cheaper sign then samuel. since samuel had a great end of season and is in the post season now. While clements only had 3 int's this season.

But then every thing else should come in the draft. If we were not able to get Turner then we should go for the best back in the draft which i think from what i have seen is marshawn Lynch in the first round and cut barlow. And draft a future replacement for abrahms

At RB id love Turner but chris perry would be a welcome addittion also

On the O-line Floyd womack and Leonard davis would both be good signings in helping out our running game

At NT i think Terdell Sands would be a good pick up due to his immense size.

At OLB Shaun phillips and adalius thomas would seem to be the best fits.

And for the secondary Clements and Samuel would both be big pickups, also i think ken hamlin and gibril wilson would both be upgrades over erik coleman.

This being said i think cb samuel, ot davis, rb turner nt sands and olb shaun phillips would have the most impact on our team. i think if we sign any of these guys along with a good draft would make a succesfull offseason.

You know who would be a nice edge rusher in the Jets 3-4? Cato June would be a nice fit.

A player who has never rushed the passer consistantly on every down and is vastly undersized?

    Explain.

Don't think the Jets will get Cato June because he has legal troubles and isn't very overpowering.

He was in a 4-3 in Indy not 3-4. He def has the speed and athletic ability to do the job. He is undersized for a 4-3 OLB but not 3-4

No way we sign Ahman Green.
Also no way that we draft another OT with the first pick.

I think you are getting your defensive systems mixed up. In a 3-4 defense, you need bigger linebackers than in a 4-3 defense.

That's it? We can't sign Samuel, Thomas, and Graham, too? Damn.
