The guy is going nowhere, they just drafted him, and he's basically the reason why the traded Duckett. Although he's a guy I wanted to see us draft in April.

How the hell do you trade for a RB entering his 2nd year in which he did good after he was a 3rd round pick and Warrick Dunn getting older?

How are you going to get norwood? He`s a rookie and wouldn`t be a FA for another 3 years or so. There is noway ATL. is giving him up w/Dunn on his last legs.

hell no, lets trade both our second rounders for LT, throw Clemens into the deal with our 5th pick and get Rivers and the Chargers 6th round pick too. Then we can trade the 6th round pick we got from the Chargers to the Saints for Colston.

Maybe the Jets can get him in 2010.

Norwood will probably become the starter in Atlanta sometime during the 2007 season.

Andre Rison is one player who had a good rookie season and then was traded.
Can any of you folks name another NFL player who had a good rookie season and was then promptly traded?

You guys are crazy. Maurice Jones-Drew is our guy. I mean really. Jax already has a 1000 yard RB. Why do they want Drew?

He's not going anywhere, and he's not under any radars, unless your talking about your own. I'm in agreement with some posters that M.Turner would be a great fit here.

    1. He's a rookie and is not going anywhere.
    2. We have our franchise back already.

No, we should trade our 2nd rounder for Turner, then trade Turner and our OTHER 2nd rounder for Tomlinson, then trade Tomlinson and our third for Drew Brees and Deuce McAllister, then trade Pennington for Jerrious Norwood, then trade Dbrickashaw for Mario Williams, then trade Williams and McAllister for Reggie Bush, then trade Norwood for Turner.

Second that, I watched a few of his games in college and felt he had potential to be a big time player.

A, hes essentially the same player as Leon Washington. B, theres no reason why the Falcons would trade him, theres even talk that they might be cutting Warrick Dunn in the offseason. Hes not worth wasting time thinking about.

Washington and Norwood are nothing alike as rb's, with the exception that they're both fast
