He would deffinately make our team better.. I say do it. I dont think we could pick his brain about the offense because its probally different now that cameron is there.

McMichael had a subpar year. Plus he beats his wife. No thanks.

This would be a GREAT signing. I don't know if he can block, but as far as an offensive threat, he arguably has the best hands of an TE in the NFL. This guys catches anything that hits his hands. And with ole' noodle arm Chad lobbing him the ball, we need a TE who can hold onto the ball when the defense is trying to knock him around.

McMichael and the addition of a physical running back would make our offense, IMO the best in the AFC East or at least even on paper w/ the Pats

look who he had throwing to him.... blue skies and the great cleo lemon. his subpar year could work to our advantage.

i don't see him signing with us however. that core group of dolphins who haven't beat us at all in the past couple of years HATE us.

i would like the signing tho. he's an atheltic playmaker who could stretch the field

McMichael and Baker in a 2 TE set???

After we trade up to 2, and get Calvin Johnson, Neon Leon will be running against 6 in the box, instead of 8.

OMG no he is a wife beating piece of trash. He sucks, he drops more passes then any TE I have seen recently.

This forum is reminding me of a slapshot quote, I mention often. "Every piece of garbage comes to market and you have to buy it"

Didn't he "smack his bitch up"?

McMichael is a real tease of a player. He has rare athleticism but he's out of his mind. You really have to find a way to control the guy.

Why are some so high on throwing our limited amount of cash at another TE? Just to have a 2 TE set? Don't we have other needs we want to address before this position? Come on guys!

    1) Right. Picking up a TE who just got released will REALLY jeopardize our cap situation.
    2) 2 TE sets? Yeah, Baker is really THAT good, we have to put him on the field to utilize his outstanding skills and talents.
Besides, we run A LOT of 2 TE sets, but Baker will be on the bench while Ryan (we tendered him right) will be out there to block.

I'm down with signing him, having Baker and McMichael at TE would be great.

However, I'm not sure any important ex-Dolphin would ever sign here because of all the verbal abuse those losers have gotten over the years
