According to 1050 radio, Don LaGrecca and Greg Buttle on right now. They say the time has been moved from 1 pm, but Chicago vs Minnesota will remain as the night game.
oh interesting, i think if theirs 1 jet game that will be moved to a night, its probably gonna be the last one against miami cause thats gonna be a huge game
Awesome. Perfect timing for me. And it makes sense not to move it to the night slot because the Chicago/Minn. game is much bigger and better matchup
How in the world is Chi/Minn a bigger and better matchup??? We're talking about the Jets and Broncos, two division leaders, and former AFC champioship teams?????
Chi/Minn are tied for 1st place in the NFC North and it's a division rivalry. I'm not saying Jets/Broncos isn't big but Chi/Minn is bigger and plus it already has the slot. They're not gonna boot em up just cause there's another game that's big as well.
Chicago-Minny is a division game with potential playoff meaning. It makes sense that is the game over Jets-Denver which basically has no meaning at all. edit...oh, and I see uberchink already said the same thing
I hear you...actually, I don't want to have to hit the Meadowlands at 4pm, for an 8:15pm start...and get back home at 1am Monday morning...I'm just being a bitch about the Jets not getting national coverage. I'd rather be at a night game at the Jetolands for Jets v Dolphins...I just have a feeling it's all going to be on the line that night...Going to be ROCKING for the AFC East title...
Considering the Bears just lost by 30+ points to a division rival and the Viqueens are one of the most boring teams to watch I'd think the Jets/Broncos two pretty high scoring teams that are division leaders would be more appealing plus you'd also get the NY market which you won't get for the Shitqueens and Bears.
9am? Damn, we are up at 7:00am, in the parking lot drinking our first cold one at 9:00am. I much rather have a late afternooner. Especially after the many 1:00pm starts this year.
Brett Favre on the field by himself is a bigger attraction than Bears-Vikings. This move makes no sense for NBC, unless theyre planning on moving another Jet game to Sunday night later in the year
Ok, I need some people's opinions on this. I am going to the Jets-Broncos game with a parking pass. However, me and my friend are hoping to catch a 9:38 train at Penn Station after the game because we need to get back to school. Do you think this gives us enough time to get from the Meadowlands to the train station?
