Rolle was a terrible NFL corner to the point of being a bust, that's why the Cards moved him to safety. I do like him as a safety if Rhodes gets traded.
I'd love Rolle. Be a definite upgrade to Rhodes...nice to see a Safety get his jersey dirty. Could hopefully turn Rhodes into a 3rd or 4th. Grab a RB/WR.
I actually included Blount in that post but then deleted it just because I have a feeling he won't be around by the mid 3rd...but I'd love to have Gerhart, Blount, or Hardesty so good fix. :grin: If none of them are around we could go BPA around there and get my boy Andre Dixon in the 6th.
He might had a good enough workout to climb out of the third but might as well throw Ben Tate in that list, too. His hands look better than Blount's.
I've been waiting for this news. I've got to imagine any defensive waived player has to be praying to get a call from Tanny. I'd love to see them sign Rolle, whether Rhodes remains a Jet or not.

It doesn't matter what kind of personality you have- are you a serious, studious perfectionist craving greatness? Maybe you just want to have fun playing football? The UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. But yeah, quite possibly an upgrade over Rhodes. Obviously, as a corner he didn't quite have the coverage skills but as a centerfield safety he'd be just fine. On top of that, he isn't afraid to hit. I like the idea of picking up Rolle and trading Rhodes for more picks in this deep draft.
