Predictable. Speedy, undersized, defensive linemen who can't stop the is a Colts "thing". Good to see him still in the league, though.

How 'bout NOT misleading us Jets fans with a thread that says "Klecko". All you're trying to do is get people to look at your thread. Nobody gives a rats ass about DAN Klecko and you know it. That's why you left the DAN part out of the thread title, hoping that JOE Klecko fans will take a peek. Go find somthing else to do, will ya? You CAN'T be THIS bored.

Actually when I opened the thread I knew it'd be about Dan since he was recently waived. I was hoping the Jets would take a look but he's not ideal for the 3-4 anyway. So just relax, this is nothing like that rediculous Mccareins thread yesterday this is actually relevant.

Perhaps it IS relevent. That's fine. Just don't try to MISLEAD us fans just to get people to take a look at it. If this thread is about Dan Klecko, let the title read DAN Klecko. Too much to ask? And thanks Jay for understanding my problem with this kind of crap.

I was actually kind of interested where he went. I think most Jets fans knew where this thread was going, or at least I did.

Dorow its not a big deal where you need to flip out. With all the crap I read on this board (the Kotite-Mangini comparisons already!) I'll let someone go for an honest mistake of assuming that Jet fans would think Dan was the Klecko being talked about since Joe really hasn't done anything newsworthy since he got his ass kicked in toughman. Hey at least Marty Lyons beat the piss out of Refridgerator Perry. I do understand where ur coming from especially after that damn Mccareins released thread got my hopes up yesterday. Lets just all take it easy.

i was hoping we would give him a look too...he was a versatile guy, played some dt and linebacker, and even saw some action at fullback in goal line situations...i'm sure mangini could have thought of some ways to use him...a solid jersey guy, and what would have been better than joe klecko's son playing for us?

maybe signing brittny gastineau, cause she is pretty alright to look at

I agree with him, though. Thread titles are a problem. I got all whooped-up thinking that I'd be getting into a good discussion on Alexander Hamilton, and the friggin' thread-starter was posting about BOBBY Hamilton. Inexcusable.

Anybody who thought the poster meant Joe Klecko instead of Dan Klecko would also believe the Jets resigned Joe Namath to play quarterback..

So when people were talking about the Dave Collins signing by the Yankees in 1981 one reporter stood up and asked whether or not Joe DiMaggio was a better centerfielder than Dave Collins. The room was absolutely stunned for a second and then the reporter added: "of course Joe D is 69 this year..."

Which kind of adds in to the "Is Namath better than Chad" conversation that has been running for the last couple of seasons.
