This may be it. Someone is going to leave and completely blow up the spot. If he is already disgruntled why not burn the house down? Especially if part of the reason was him ebing outspoken about their shenanigans.

 

You never want to be the guy who replaces "the guy". Tough shoes to fill even without all the challenges he faced during his tenure. Can't fire all the lineman.
