The dog was doing what dogs do, protect their owner. And the officer was dumb to try and reach for his snout, that caused the dog to jump forward.
there is a question here? the guy is an idiot. he should have secured his dog. he should have walked away 3 minutes earlier or asked one of the other dipshits taping to hold the dog. i would have shot the dog too. i dont blame them one bit for that one.
the cops didn't have to shoot the dog, but its race bating fucker of an owner put them in that situation where they didn't have time to deal with his dumb ass or the dog when there was something apparently far more important to deal with. so he gets locked up and the dog dies because he wanted to bait the cops into a conflict and distract them from the job they were actually there to do.

I didn't need more than two viewpoints to hear the guy yelling about white cops and black cops, nor did I need them to hear the people recording the vid complaining about that moron blasting his stupid music during a stressful situation during a raid... while he got out of his car- walking his Rotty - yelling toward those cops and holding his cameraphone in the air. I am not a fan of police. I have seen way too many overt displays of authority when there was no need. But thisr fucking asshole was the only reason that his dog died. It breaks my heart, because that seemed like a well-behaved dog, but the retard stuck him in a car with open windows and no restraints. It's like he wanted his dog to do something. Fuck that asshole.
Please, let's see a vicious dog attack you and you only shoot it once. If I was the cop, I would have shot it until it stopped coming near me. And I love dogs. The cop has a right to not get mauled by a dog and he did absolutely nothing wrong in protecting his own life with lethal force from a lethal attacker.
