Not sure where to post this. But here is the TV schedule for US fans (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3) http://cfl.ca/page/us-broadcast-schedule-20150213084657. There was a game last night. The Als lost to Ottawa. btw if you're still dying for more football (and will watch anything like me) here is the AFL schedule (also ESPN affiliates): http://www.arenafootball.com/sports/a-footbl/spec-rel/030515aad.html
Ti-Cats vs the Stamps at 9 tonight. Watching the Mets game now but I'll be switching channels. Some ex-Jets in CFL notably Ricky Ray whose still in the CFL with the Argos. He was our 3rd string Qb in 2004 and dressed for six games.
Was at the game in Calgary this evening. Some great individual performances. Mitchell (Calgary QB) had probably his worst game in his young career. Hamilton has a boatload of injuries right now and I suspect that Calgary and Hamilton will each win their division
My daughter was accepted at McGill last year. And I was disappointed she didn't go there. Because I wanted to go to Als games which are played on the campus of McGill. We visited, I bought a cap...
ok so i havent really watched cfl in about 15 or 20 years. i took a look at the statistics yesterday on the site and i am pretty sure it said that hte leading rusher for the LEAGUE had like 70 yards last year. now when i watched it i know they didnt run too much with only 3 downs and all and the insane passing rules, but 70 yards for the YEAR? that cant be true. please god someone tell me i was seeing things.
Last year it was Cornish of Calgary at 1080. http://cfl.ca/statistics/league/stat/Rushing/year/2014/type/reg Btw I thought that last night's game was on ESPN2 but instead they had the WNBA. It was listed in Newsday too as being on 2. Instead it was on ESPN3 (which is online).
Not a big fan of CFL because rosters end up being a bunch of NFL rejects but we just had two Argos players move into one of the condos in my building so I'm gonna have to feign interest
Drew Willy got hurt today making him the 4th starting QB to get hurt (5th QB overall) in the first 2 weeks of the season. Sorry to our American friends, there is quite likely going to be some brutal QB play while some of the young backups figure it out. Also this pretty much guarantees the Stamps will win the West
