Every NFL game should be broadcast in HD nowadays, I'm sick of this grainy shit. It's not 1993 anymore!
CBS has never been the beacon of hi tech stuff in the first place. Their graphics and production has always been shitty.

You are wrong. DirecTV shows the feeds from the networks. If the network does not bring an HD camera, they do not show it in HD. If they do, they do.
You know, I could do without HD, but this is just another example of CBS coming up short for the AFC fans yet again. They suck. They need to lose the contract.
So I got my HDTV last week with the expectation that I'd be watching the game in HDTV. Now I have another reason to hate CBS besides Dan Rather.....
Contact CBS -- NO HDTV in Week 1 Is OBSCENE !!! Contact CBS and CEO Les Moonvees or their Sports guy (Sean McManus ?)....it's one thing to not do a game in HDTV in Week 14 when the teams stink and the teams aren't top-notch. Emailing the NFL should also be done. This treatment in Week 1 is ridiculous. Be courteous, but be firm. All games through the mid-point of the season should be done in Hi-Def. After that, if they want to cut corners, I'll cut them some slack. Does the NFL know how many people went out and got HDTV's in the last few days/weeks with the expectation that they would see the Jets -- or their team (if this crud repeated elsewhere) -- in Hi-Def ??? IN-EX-CUS-ABLE !!!!!
whats the rational...if viewers have that means they want to see things i.e football in HD...i almost one ape ish when i saw that
region game like NYJ@Ten = no HD national game like NE@NYJ = HD The network only has 3 or 4 HD crews so only the top games will get them, they won't bother putting region games on HD when they'll get better return on doing national games instead.
I personally enjoy watching games on CBS much more than Fox and especially NBC. I think the announcers are much more knowledgable and you never miss a play because of stupid graphics Fox likes to show. I like the stats up by the scoreboard instead of blocking the game. Personally.
cablevisions IO high def was terrible too. I already wrote them complaining. thought it was only me....
We all understand that, but the point is that 100% of the game crews should be filming in HD, like Fox.
I brought it up during the game thread. I was dissappointed as well. This is my 4th season with HD and CBS it seems does not have enough for every game, so they choose the games that are expected to be big games. But at this juncture, it is an embarrassment.
FOX has Cowboys-Jaguars in HD, and nobody in NY even cares about either team. Yet our local boys get the shaft by CBS? Piss on CBS, that wasn't a game, it was a 3 hour long commercial for "Shark", "Smith" "Justice" "Turd" "Cock" or whatever single name crappy show they're trying to promote this year that'll be cancelled in 6 weeks. every god damn show nowadays is about asshole lawyers or crime dramas
