Can the JETS do the impossible and give the Patriots their first two game losing streak in who know's how many year's. The first time we played the Patriots at the Meadowlands this year, there were some incredible plays made by Cotchery and Coles but the outcome was the same. Will the JETS be able to go to New England and do the impossible?
The last time the Pats lost 2 in a row was 2002. They lost at Tennessee and than to the Jets in Foxboro.
and oddly enough, we played the NFC North that year, beat Buffalo in buffalo, got blown out by Jacksonville, and lost in a close one to the Browns. Spooky....
Almost too spooky! Jets win in Foxboro, I got a good feeling about this game. 5-4 and on our way to the AFCE title.
I don't think the impossible is beating New England. The impossible is beating New England and the Bears back to back.
All the time, I just don't make it public. Really bad ones that I've felt over the past few seasons especially were the Jags game this year, @Buff last year, and @St. Louis in 04.
There is never an impossible game we all know this by the miracle in the meadowlands. There are games that a team is over matched and not built to handle and this is one of them. Like IV posted recently we better have some kind of spark in the offense if we have any chance of beating New England and if they do light up the score board then that leads to the question what happened to the jets during the Cleveland game and the first half of the 1st New England game. I keep hearing this "Me to you thing " well let ME tell YOU they better put up 30 + points Iv got the score @ 31-28 Jets, Ill take 7-0 at this point but we can all dream!
No. I was praying for a Pats victory last night and a subsequent letdown against us. Now I fear it will be ugly. I think Chad is intimidated by the Pats defense. Was it any coincidence that he was so awful against Crennel? I do not think so. They take away the center of the field and give him the deep outs. Which is to say they give him nothing.
Ummm, let's see, we are coming off of a bye week during a season where our players are having trouble getting motivated, while the Pats and fuming after a loss to the hated Colts. I have a feeling we're going to get stomped.
I dont like the Jets chances this week against the Pats. The Pats are coming off of a tough loss and i think they will be pumped and really ready to go.
