Yeah, a change in ownership is a real chance to change the fortunes of the team. Owners are the most important factor in the long term success of a team. Having a good one keeps you in the hunt as coaches and players come and go.
I honestly feel bad for Browns fans, they might have it the worst throughtout any sport. Considering football has so much parity, it really doesnt make sense howve theyve been so bad for so long. Eventually the picks should build up like the Lions, but I guess they have just drafted to many busts.
