In the wildcat. Statistically it's not even close. He was an asset here, and today showed Tebow how it's done.

I can't decide which Brad Smith play I liked better -- the first one or the second one.

But it was certainly better than the Tebow one.

    Good thread.

The one where Tebow just handed it off and had nothing to do with the play?

There's no doubt Brad Smith is a far better wildcat QB than Tebow. It's not even really worth discussing.

Yeah. That one was not as good as the two plays where Brad Smith ran it.

    I mean . . . that's the topic, right?

Tebow is better at the dive, picking up short yardage. Brad Smith is faster and quicker.

The weird part was all the times they ran Tebow on first and 10.

I can hardly think of a time when he was called upon to pick up a short yardage first down, and didn't get it. Maybe once all season.

I'm talking about over a seasons worth of stats. Smith averaged 9.4, 11, and 7.9 ypc on this very team out of the WC.

    Tebow has averaged 3.2 ypc.

More than twice as effective. Stats.

Smith also had a higher QB rating out of the WC than Tim did.

Yep, good point. And this game put Brad Smith over the top in total yardage this season. He was lagging Tebow until this game, then surpassed him today.

So we're talking about two very heavily utilized players here. I'd say significant players for their respective teams.

    Good thread.

I'm not comparing Smith in Buffalo. I'm comparing him as a Jet. As a Jet he was three times more effective in any given season in the WC. It's fact.

Even if the face of unarguable statistics, Tebow boy toys still deny!

Brad Smith never inspired his team mates like Tebow does.

    Who denies?

This was a pitiful season by Tebow, by any measure.

Agreed. He is a very successful troll -- judged by trolling standards.

It's just puzzling that some people don't see that.

There's always one or two willing to jump in the ring and defend Tebow.

Brad Smith is good but is he worth $4 million? Not really, look for the Bills to cut him.

There I corrected your statement. You can even expand that to the entire offensive effort of the Jets.

    The Mad Bro.
