per roto: Unsigned Packers first-round pick B.J. Raji was spotted departing Green Bay late Tuesday. An employee at Green Bay's international airport confirmed that "Busari Raji," B.J.'s birth name, departed for Chicago at around 7PM ET. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel says it's a bad sign that Raji left the area unsigned. Not sure if this means anything, but wow that would suck for packer fans.
they think there a top ten player in the draft that will probly never get a shot at a big contract again, and with this being the biggest payday of thier life they are trying to get as much as possible, i wouldnt be too worried, i seem to remeber a guy by the name of darelle revis doing this a few years ago. I think he turned out OK
They say that having him in town during negotiations gives the team an advantage. Probably nothing more than that.
