Not a fan of giving up an out with 2 men on

    Wright ties it up

Dickey scores his second run of the game as Hinske messes up the line drive right at him. 2-2.

Reyes might have gotten hurt again on the pickoff play at second.

If that was all it took to get Reyes hurt, he had no business being on the field

Why the fuck would you bunt with 2 guys on base, a guy hitting .533 at the plate and the bottom of the lineup coming up????

    Why???

Wow, Escobar is a truly awful shortstop.

Glaus might have to come out after colliding with Francoeur.

For those reading at home who never watch TV with the sound on, Troy Glaus rhymes with Terry Bross.

This is what Manuel gets for managing like a pussy in the previous inning.
And, not for nothing, Dickey should have been lifted after Melky's HR considering Infante was 3-for-3 so far.

Yeah, but Infante's an All Star. There is no shame in allowing a home run to such a tremendous player.

Cool, we get to see the difference between the POS Rodriguez and Wagner.

And yet another loss - that's 7 of their last 11.

Even though Pelfrey is horrible, at least we get to listen to Kevin Millar again. Also, they should have skipped Pelfrey and let him open up the second half of the season. He even said he has a dead arm, I could have told you he would have given up 10 hits in 4 innings.

Wonderful performance today by Mike Pelfrey. There is a good chance now that the Mets will lose this series. Going 1-2 or 0-3 at home vs the Braves is unacceptable. The upcoming 11-game road trip could kill them.
Then the question will be whether or not the Mets panic and make dumb trades like they did in 2004.

Can anyone say Ike Davis for Kevin Millwood?
