Am I the only one that thinks that Fitz has played great

    During the preseason? He's making better decisions. If he didn't have the 3 drops yesterday, he would've been 7/9

    Yeah, he has looked good in limited work. Let's see how the first team O looks against the Giants this week.

    That was not a fun game to watch, until the 3rd quarter.

    Fitz hasn't been good or bad. He's been boring and for a veteran starter in the preseason that's ok.

    Fitz struggled last night.. He looked kinda careless and slow with his release.

    Hope it's just pre season rust...

    So...

    I recorded the NFLN game and fast forwarded through both Fitz and Geno, and didn't even think about it.

    Then deleted it later.

    And I still don't care how Fitz did. I know there's something wrong with that, maybe it's that I have zero expectations for this season.

    To be fair, the starting offense did not have much time on the field. I thought Fitz looked fine. Marshall didn't want to take a hit on the first play, Amaro dropped a pass on another. Both could have extended drives. As for expectations, I think they should be pretty high this year. Being a long time Jets fan though, nothing wrong with defending your own mind with 0 expectations. Probably wise, actually.
