In 2009/2010 we won and were stilled considered a circus... but at least then it was bearable because we played well. Now, not so much.
We were the underdogs of the league a few years ago, People loved to hate us and we had alot of success and we started to finally get respect, Now we are a joke , a one way train going no where it seems, I still think Rex can get it done though
The only thing funnier than that is how bummed you guys sound, I mean listen to you guys... Are you seriously buying into the media drivel?
I think Rex can do it too but that doesn't mean cleaning the house it means replacing certian pieces and saving the ones that matter we need a constistant clutch D which we aren't exactly far from and an offense that knows who they are and can attack down the field and we WILL have respect again.
No, I didnt even watch the video because Im sure its a bunch of bullshit. That doesnt change the fact that this organization has been completely mismanaged and that we are the laughing stock of the NFL.
No we werent, not by any stretch of the imagination. The word circus was only brought up this year. You can't insult a team that wins.
Our Defense gets lost in all this, It kept us in almost every game until they no longer could the entire year except Thanksgiving night where everyone was a mess. I really thought Tebow shoulda been given a chance what a waste bringing in him was. Its gonna go down in Jets history as one of the biggest mistakes and misuses of all time. Watch Tebow go become a hall a famer on another team:shit:
Why not? We had a coach who predicted a SB his first 3 years and could not follow through. We went 9-7 in 2009 so its not like we were dominating the league. We had a lot revolving around this team and always have since Rex walked in- flipping off fans, Sanchez's photo shoots, uncontrolled voices from the players, Rex's foot video ect... We may not have been necessarily a circus, but we were by no means like the Patriots or Steelers in terms of our appearance in the league. Do I think we are as bad as the media makes us out to be? Nope. Do I think that we could have been managed a lot better and more professionally? Yep.
Why do Jets fan get upset about stuff like this? We've been the laughing stock of the league this season, we just have to suck it up and own it, we just have to hope the Jets shed that "circus" stigma.
