We've won less than almost every franchise in the NFL. I'm not counting the '69 Bowl as most of us weren't even alive for that. We've won less division titles than just about any other NFL team and we've picked in the top 10 of the draft for half or more of the years I've been alive. We draft pathetically from Kyle Brady to Lame Jones to DeWayne "the bowling ball with knives" Robertson. We celebrate fans like Bob Jensen and Ira from Staten Island who have no lives and no perspective. We get sucked into to thinking we're Super Bowl caliber by the likes of The POst and the Newark Star Ledger every single year. We've had a parade of head coaches so silly, inept and incompetent that they make the people who run New Jersey look good. One of our most visible and popular fans is a moron who spells the team name out like a mental patient and who used to be a Dolphin fan until he figured out a way to make a few scheckels pretending to be a Jet fan. We're teaching our kids to be losers and to have fake expectations disguised as "optimism" or "diehard fan support" We listen to idiots like Greg Buttle and Mark Cannizarro who tell us that this mess can be turned around very quickly. We are losers and so is our sad little franchise.
So stop being a Jets fan. If you don't, then any frustration you suffer is your own fault, and you have no reason to complain.

You know what, junior? I'm tired of it. All this homer garbage when our ship is obviously sinking while we sign Kimo Von Ollhafderopiuhio and you're all honeydripping like its all just a walk in the mall. We stink and no Magini and no #4 draft picks gonna change that. We've even got a clown in here who thinks we'll need an extra first rounder next year to move up for Brady Quinn. Son, when you are as bad as we are you don't need to move no higher. I want you to dispute just one of those facts I laid out. The Jets are the dregs of the NFL.

It's not really up to the fans how the organization is run, so I would actually rather be ignorant and optimistic. It beats bitching and complaining about something you can't do anything about.
