I'd add the rule so that if the QB tries to throw, or pump fakes and then is in the process of tucking it away, that there would be absolutely no way to call that a fumble. I'd like to remove the requirement to inflate footballs to 14.5PSI. I'd like to change the rule so that if you're the home team and about to kick a field goal you can use a snowblower to plow the area. Not that this would be considered a penalty but would clear up any confusion.
Id rather see them get rid of challenges all together before they expand it to everything. I shudder to think what the game would look like with people challenging holding / PI, etc
