Hopefully it was a Dolphins fan, or a Giants fan.

we should wait for the evidence before we assume he's guilty

Bob Kraft feels "duped" yet again. Totally shocked at this report.

Jokes aside though, he better be careful. Assault can get you suspended from the league now under Goodell's personal conduct policy. I hate to see him have to sit out 2014, the patriot's were counting on him to have a killer year.

Well if it was self defense then I don't think it's a big deal. Saying he "attacked" someone is saying he basically started it but other reports I've seen just say he was in an "altercation" with another inmate. That could mean the other guy initiated it and he just defended himself.

Good one from the comments section in case anyone missed it:

Two things never happened again after that. The Sisters never laid a finger on Aaron again… and Boggs never walked again.

All Patriots jokes aside, I hate knowing I rooted for this guy at one point. Obviously as fans we have no idea what these guys are really like.

If this guy was tried in the Gacaca courts he would have been convicted by now.

Gagaca Courts are nothing like the US courts. Totally different procedures.

He could be guilty in one court but innocent in another.

    lmao. Ya don't say?

What exactly is your point here?

You said he is innocent until proven guilty in response to a Pats fan saying he is sorry he ever rooted for the guy. As if we can't make logical conclusions from the evidence we have on this matter... You are a strange dude

Sometimes I get the idea you think you are telling people things they don't know when you probably studied up on the shit that very moment

He's innocent until proven guilty in the United States court system. Luckily he committed the crimes within the United States because other court systems throughout the world are not as forgiving. The United States court system isn't perfect, but it makes you appreciate it a lot more, when you look at some of the other courts systems around the world.

Luckily huh. Luckily for whom? The supposed offender or the rest of society? Luckily we have a court system that is more likely than others to let murderers/rapists off the hook because of technicalities or other nonsense right?

Like others have said, I have never been in a position where somebody could accuse me of murder/rape/etc so I think this system is maybe not as good as others.
