Jets have 3 picks on Day 2.

2 WR and 1 RB please. Defense be damned.

Possibly 2 WRs. RB will probably be day 3. I see a CB in there somewhere ...

Please for the love of god let one of Pittman, Mims, Higgins or Claypool fall to us. Those are the last guys with WR1 potential IMO. If we don’t walk away with one of them, that’s a massive letdown.

for day two I hope it’s WR: Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman. If they aren’t there, maybe the Colorado kid? Or, BPA like Diggs OT Terrelll Lewis.

Well 15 more players have to come off the board before the Jets pick .....we still have Epenesa, Jones, Cleveland, RBs including Swift, some decent safeties.....I think at least one of those guys will still be around. I don’t see any of the teams who have already taken a WR drafting another one before the Jets pick either ...

Would love to come away with 2 of Pittman, Higgins, Mims, Edwards, Hamler & Shenault, probably forgetting a couple.

I hope we go nowhere near Shenault. That injury history is terrifying

Don’t forget Josh Jones is still undrafted. Two tackles may be a bit overkill but you could groom one for the left tackle spot and have Becton play right side.

Probably a dumb question: why don't we have the 11th pick in the 2nd round like the we did in the first? Supplemental picks? Did we trade?

Because it rotates between teams with same record. Makes it a little more fair.

I agree with 2 wrs. But I would wait on the rb. I think we can get one in the 4th or 5th that can contribute right off. AJ Dillon for instance.. I hope we get a good 2nd round wr... Higgins, Claypool, Pittman.

I think you almost have to take a WR with the next pick. With 15 teams before they select, there are 5 decent choices with eventual WR1 potential in my mind. None of these guys would be there in the 3rd round:

Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman, Bryan Edwards, Denzel Mims and Chase Claypool.

Of the 15picks before the Jets, Denver wont be picking another WR. You would figure the Chargers and Tampa Bay wont as well.

I think the pick will be Bryan Edwards. Pittman and Higgins will be off the board. .

The other 4 are better than Edwards. There are others as well. Tyler Johnson, Collin Johnson, and Peoples-Jones to name a few. All have high potential. Edward will probably fall to the end of 2nd or top of 3rd.

I'm not worried about one of those four WRs falling to us. I think at least one of the WRs we want will be there. We're the 16th pick. Following are 25 players, 12-15 of which could go before us in the 2nd round. I think at least 3-4 Edge Rushers will go before our pick, probably both Jones and Cleveland, Cushenberry, maybe all 3 RBs, 2-3 CBs, maybe a couple of safeties, and maybe a DL or two. Hamler might go, and probably Higgins and Mims, but I think Pittman or Claypool will be there at our pick, maybe both.

I agree that the pick at #48 has to be a WR unless all four of Mims, Higgins, Pittman and Claypool are taken. I posted a list of players at various positions that could get drafted before our pick. I think we'll be OK.

I have a feeling Chase Claypool will be a Jet, but I will be happy with any WR in Round 2.

    Receiver.
    Then receiver again.
    Then maybe a wide receiver.

teams did not target pass rushers this draft is it a weak class? normaly teams reaching for that position and most teams stayed away from guys with 1st round grade this year
