Here we go...Last game of the season.

I was up for tanking to get a higher pick, but with how the games this week have played out lets go out there and eliminate the Dolphins from the playoff contention at their house! :finssuck::finssuck::finssuck:

Can't lose the game. As much as a better pick would be good, screw the Dolphins.

I'm going to the game, nothing would make me happier than to ruin any chance they have of getting into the playoffs.. a little pay back for the end of the 08 and 11 seasons

Also would be at least somewhat encouraging to see guys like Geno and Dee build off the Browns game and go into the off-season with some positive momentum

Boy I would love to beat Miami but it'd suck if we finished 2nd in the AFC East and get Baltimore/Tenn. next year instead of Pittsburgh/Jacksonville. I know teams rise/suck but I like my chances vs the latter over the former in the 2 games.

Hopefully we beat Miami but stay in 3rd....both teams would have an identical 3-3 record vs the AFC East but I think Miami has better AFC Record.

Fuck that mentality. Beat the Fins, end their season.

When we can't get into the playoffs, playing the spoiler is the next best thing.

Actually check that, we will be in 2nd place since Miami lost to Buffalo 2x. 3-3>2-4.

A Jets loss and Bills win bumps us to 4th place and puts vs Houston/Cleveland. Its all moot since the NFL changes every year but I think Houston's got a better shot to do well next year then say a Jacksonville. Cleveland has more upside than Pittsburgh.

Regardless of next year's schedule, I don't want to be in last place in the division.

Also it'd be nice if we can recreate 2011 but have us play spoiler and they descend into a circus-like environment.

Hate the Fish. It would be nice to end their season.

Would also be good to finally win 2 in a row.

I wanna win this game BAD. let's return the favor for when they ended our playoff hopes back in 2011.

It would be awesome to beat Miami and technically finish AHEAD of them, after all the ridiculous Dolphins talk this season. Hopefully the Jets play better than they did in 2011.

Would be bitter sweet to knock out the Phins.
It would give us 2nd in the division and 2 theoretically more difficult games next year.

The Bengals can still get the 2 seed (amazingly so can the Colts), so they should be bringing it against the Ravens which would mean the Phins are in if they win. Jets could put Pitt in the playoffs with a win, but I think it will be SD as KC has nothing to play for.

Absolutely nothing has been shown that would make me think we can beat Miami now. So I guess that means jets win.

You must have missed the Dolphins game today. Their offense looked awful. Of course they will play better at home but they're hardly an unbeatable team. We just have to get up to play them this time.

Does this remind any old-timers of 1988 vs the Giants?

We can beat them it's a matter of executing. Can Geno play a clean efficient game? Can the oline block? Can the RB's make plays? Can the receivers make plays? Can the defensive line get pressure? Can the secondary contain their receivers? I liked how the offense flowed today in the 2nd half. A mixture of the run and pass. We need time consuming drives.
