I dunno man. I can't really blame the ref for that one. As the play is progressing in real-time, the ref's angle allowed him to see Griffith(n)'s hand on Garcon's waist where it could've looked like he held him (tho he didn't), Garcon just sold it really well. I don't know what the fuck Theis saw, even in slow-mo replay. He's just terrible.
indy had a false start with the clock moving why no 10 second runoff? Indy didn't call a timeout. unless they did the runoff without mentioning it.
