Green and White - 1-4 Ugly Yellow and Blue - 2-0 I hope they wear them for the rest of the season. it was Cards and Bungals. The Dolphins were our only win in Green and White this year, maybe it IS the uniforms!?! :smile:
^^^^^^^^ MY VOTE FOR POST OF THE DAY!!! However, I say go back to the Titans colors and update the uniforms as Jet uniforms. They look much more intimidating in the Titan colors.
Anyone play video games here? Ever notice how your eye quickly moves to the color most contrasting the background? Quicker reaction time? With 3-4 seconds to avoid defenders, check down receivers and whatever the other 9 million thoughts are, why would you have uniforms the same color as the field? Sounds ridiculous?
Brett Favre came out with a green Jets sweater and a Titans "T" hat today. I don't know what's going on with which uniforms we're going to be wearing. But if Mangini is somehow implementing this uniform confusion as part of the 'gameplan' against the Chiefs for this upcoming weekend (oooh...which uniform are we gonna wear, Herm? The 2-0 Navy & Gold? Or the 1-3 White & Green?) we're in trouble.
I was talking about overall in those uni's. Cincy and Miami were 2 of the 3 teams we have beaten while wearing them.
Maybe is sacrilege to say this but the Titan uniform/colours are way better then our regular green/white. Just my opinion.
no sydneydon you are right!!! the colors of the ancient Jets uniforms is very much better than green Jets. I like it!
I might as well just find a new team to root for if they're gonna keep on wearing those JOKE uniforms.
I just want to see us play the Rams wearing them. It'll be confusing as hell and hilarious at the same time.
