Favre up to his old locker room antics?
Dead animal found in locker of Jets teammate
October 8, 2008 - GREEN BAY PRESS- GAZETTE

Is Brett Favre continuing the locker room antics he was famous for in Green Bay? If so, New York Jets linebacker Erick Barton could be the latest victim.

During the past several weeks (maybe this week, maybe last), Barton found a dead animal (maybe a turkey, maybe not) bagged with blood and guts in his locker.

In an interview with the New York Times' Greg Bishop, Barton "refused to name a suspect."

According to the blog, Barton called the prank "definitely up there."

Left guard Alan Faneca said it was the first time he had seen a dead animal in the locker room and assumed that Favre was the perpetrator.

Faneca was quoted in the blog as saying about Favre: ?He fits because of his personality. He likes to have a good time and joke around and have fun while you?re doing it. That?s the way we should be doing things out here.?

Barton said he has no plans for payback (maybe, maybe not).

Brett is a 40 year old multi-millionaire and I wouldn?t be shocked, if he really played that boysprank on Barton.

I hope this translates to a more looser fun team on the field. One thing that worries me is when Brett said that it didn't seem like his teammates were having fun. It looked like they were having fun during the Cardinals game but how could you not when you put up 56 points.

I belive the underlying message is "Improve on your coverage or your next".

Its not the head of a horse, but what can one guy drag in all on his own?

lol I probably wouldn't think it was funny if it happened to me. I wonder why he chose Barton.
