In one of my leagues (default Yahoo, 10 teams) I was proposed a trade where I would get Randy Moss for Ronnie Brown. Am I nuts for not pouncing all over this? Randy has looked awful without Brady and has even been starting to give up on some plays. My RBs are Gore, Run DMC, Graham, Edge, Brown. My WRs are TO, Santonio Holmes, Cotchery, Chad 'Ocho Cinco', and Anthony Gonzalez. Thoughts?
hmmm its actually tougher than i thought... i myself would do it since ocho cinco isnt himself although neither is randy... i would still do it and if it doesnt work out trade him for a middle of the pack RB. someone should do it... Ronnie Brown isnt going to have those types of weeks every week but he will see more touches. bottomline... I'd Do it.
I'd do it. Gore, Graham, and DMC can carry the load at RB. It's hard to say what value Brown has the rest of the year. He was a beast last year, but that offense still doesn't scare me, and he still is coming off injury. As bad as Moss has looked, he's still got the upside of a top 5 receiver, which you don't really have. This trade could end up looking horrible for you, but I'd do it.
