In my opinion, despite a close game against the Bills and a dominant running game, Oakland is included with the other obvious jokers because they strike me as a team least likely to improve. I call out RaiderJoe a lot because he's a fun guy to argue with, but seriously, I feel really bad for Oakland fans. It is downright sinister what Al Davis is doing to that franchise. They've got playmakers, (quite a few of them, to be quite honest) good coaches and a lot of promise but they are going to fall apart because of their owner's insecurity? That is terrible. KC is garbage. Not really sure why. I guess not enough talent? How long does it take to find a quarterback for chrissakes? Detroit has the worst defense in the league. Detroit actually has the worst defense in the last five years of the league, from what I've seen. (Not based on fact). The Bengals strike me as the team most likely to improve. Surrounded by trash, Marvin Lewis and Carson Palmer remain class acts. You can't hold guys like that down, you just can't. But goddamn, that team sucks. And finally, St. Louis. The worst team. You've got one of the best wide receivers in football in Torry Holt, you had your pick of all the wide receivers in the draft, you got the guy I wanted in Chris Long, All-Pro running back, hall of fame left tackle and they're like a high school football team. Boo this team.
You don't get mod kiss ass points for that shit. seriously though, why are there a certain bunch here that just feel the need to point this stuff out?
Ya know, thanks, I was going to point this out but I figured, "My bad; move on." It's like I ruined his fucking movie collection by putting Half Baked on the drama shelf.
Detroit Lions are by far the worst again. KC has a young QB and LJ can still run. Detroit has nothing on either side of the ball, unless you want to say they have Kitna?
I went with the Rams. Coming into the season, I thought the Missouri teams were the two worst teams in the league. The Rams have an inept head coach. The Chiefs one has many problems, too, but at least Edwards has taken two franchises to the playoffs. In defense of the Chiefs, they played a tight game vs the Patriots. The Rams, on the other hand, have been destroyed three times.
God, I hope we bury the Rams and the Chiefs when we get them. Both are home games for us, which would make losing even more embarrassing...
Rams schedule the rest of the way- 9/28- Buffalo 10/5- BYE 10/12- at Washington 10/19- Dallas 10/26- at New England 11/2- Arizona 11/9- at Jets 11/16- at San Francisco 11/23- Chicago 11/30- Miami 12/7- at Arizona 12/14- Seattle 12/21- San Francisco 12/28- at Atlanta
At least Detroit was competitive for a quarter against Green Bay, and Kansas City played decently against New England. St. Louis was beyond terrible each and every game.
