First Mini Camp

    I can't remember....when does their first mini-camp start? And I wonder if it will be open to the public.

    Hmmmmm....anyone know can you let ME know...I'm waiting for something real to post on...damn draft...all the hypes starts too soon for me and now I'm just over the limit with it. Also, sunday morning around 9am PST I'm gonna start a defensive football thread. It's clear I need to edumacate some of this board about various defenses, nuances and why it won't matter a good golly damn what we run as a so called "base". LOL

    Minicamps have never been open to the public. If my memory serves me correct, the minicamps are in early May.

    I don't know about the Jets, but the Vikings mini-camp is open now.

    Yeah...read a real nice article on the Saints mini-camp which is what sparked my question...The draft is almost here boys and girls...before you know it Training Camp will open...then I can shut off boring baseball and watch America's REAL sport! LOL (no offense baseball fans) ;-)

    The Jets usually have a 3-4 day mini camp the week after the draft.

    They bring in the rookies a week after the draft. Then that follows with a mini with vets and rookies. Then again in June complete team camps twice.

    Keep in mind that the mini-camp schedule may change with a new Head coach. so who knows.

    Because we have a rookie head coach, aren't we allowed to have one extra mini-camp?

    yeah herm never opened up mini camp to the public

    maybe mangini will

    green bay always opens it

    It is held the weekend after the draft is over usually & it is usually not open to the public
