I've been saying he would shut down Moss all off-season and boy did he do that. Revis may be a top 5 CB in the NFL already. I'm so proud of him.

The secondary period looks great. Penny didn't do anything against us until garbage time, and tho we didn't pick any passes off...we still held them to approx 150 passing yards. Rhodes is amazing obviously. Eric Smith wasn't terrible for once, and Lowery is a rookie, he will get better and develop into a nice #2.

Did he shut down Moss or did they just use other players because they knew we would try to take him out of the game?

I do think he was good though....Rhodes was good too.....so was Jenkins.

I agree but you can make a case for D' Brick for being one of the best players... His run blocking was great, and he gave up a sack to one of the better lineman in the game.

that sack was Faneca's blown assignment.

Bryan Thomas has 3 sacks in 2 games... he is on pace for 24 sacks this year (its math, chill out)

he was a great player for us... Pace again proved why he was worth the pickup.

  7. Best players have been : D brick(He's been our best lineman....better than Faneca and Mangold), Jenkins, Pace(Man he's an animal and could be PB bound) Revis and Rhodes. I'd like to see more our of Harris(He's been solid but I wanna see him take the next step) and Mangold(Same deal).

Not a Bad list. Thomas Jones ran well today as well. When Given a little space he's still hitting the hole with power.

He had deep safety help all day. I'm not saying he didn't play well.

Moss had him burned badly on one play in particular, but Cassel didn't get it to him.

    He didn't burn him...

Revis bit on the playaction...That'll happen when you have a QB throwing 10 yard passes, but you should never leave Moss.

Burned is what Chris Chambers did to Champ Bailey on his 1st TD.

Revis acutally did a pretty good job recovering on that play, but that's a touchdown if Moss doesn't have to slow down to wait for the ball.

Both our starting OLB's were impressive. Jenkins was great today and Rhodes made some plays.

Moss did well on changing the route in mid run to a go route and letting Cassel know.. thats just a great play by a great player.

Revis did a nice job attacking the ball once it hit Moss' hands, even though it was going to be incomplete anyway... those two will be fun to watch for the coming years.

I think Thomas was really good today, and overall the DB's were good.

Top 5 CB? Wow, better than that. I am really impressed. In fact there are a lot of just excellent D players on this team.
