    Good point.

I mean when you think about it...the difference between a good play call and a bad one is usually execution...if we move the pile alluva sudden Schotty is tough and this O is tough and everyones tough...

Is is that difficult to throw the ball downfield?

A pass on 1st down would have been nice.

Wow, that INT was too easy.

More touch Favre...please...even though that one had no chance.

Three pass completions by Brett for MINUS 15 yards net in ONE game. I don't think he's done that in ONE season. Favre is lost out there; "O" gameplan is a shambles.

The offensive gameplan is not the problem...how many drops has Coles had in the past two games? We had a 41 yard bomb taken back for interference.

Like...TF...execution is part of the gameplan people.

Jets need to come out in 4 and 5 Receiver Sets and keep firing the ball downfield from the start of the game. Don't know if Brian Schotty is capable of running such an offense.

Looks like Coles has yet to adjust to Favre - but I think the drops are just a small part of the problem. You expect to get a few drops per game. Without a solid gameplan to overcome such execution errors, you're fried.

There will be no living with these beaners if we lose this game without Brady under center. An right now this team looks so flat it's just blowing my mind. Why in the hell is Washington not in there, he is the spark plug for this team. Brett looks very bad and he certainly does not look like a pro bowler today.

An this figures because of course Arron Rogers hung 45 on the Lions today thus making the boys in GB look like they knew just what they were doing...?????????????

Plain and simple we are getting out coached on both sides of the ball. Manigini will never be a great coach.

That's it - spread it out and throw it up down there!

The main problem is that this "O" gameplan was designed for Chad, not Favre. Throw in an extra receiver once in a while and throw the ball 5-10 yds deeper with a little more frequency and you'll see a more successful offense.

Jets "O" needs to come out from the 1st quarter challenging opposing "D". They do not have a good chance of winning using Ball Possession Football.

Where's the "No Huddle" boys? Again, not very good preparation.

    Please, enough excuses.

Favre made some terrible passes today and he was hampered by some poor playcalling but please don't exonerate Favre in all of this. The Favre apologists sound a lot like Clemens apologists.

Of course, people love blaming Pennington for everything so I'm not surprised that his name has found its way back into this discussion. Now the Jets offense is poor because the playbook is built for Chad. LOL

Jets fans are either hopelessly optimistic (Jets will BEAT THE PATS BABY!) or hopelessly pessimistic (JETS WILL SUCK). It's hilarious and why the Jets fan base is so easy to make fun of.

Schottenheimer is just a pathetic OC. He has no idea how to use favre's ability. All this screen pass shit is getting fucking ridiculous after a while.

Favre averaging 7 yards per attempt ain't gonna cut it - those are Chad numbers which will only net you Chad results. What's the purpose of signing the guy if you're still going to nickle and dime your way down the field with cute plays?
