Another internet tough guy, I am sure that you could meet up with poster here and call them names to their face if you had the sack.

You know you're doing OK when the trolls come out. I don't remember many trolls on this board last season. Other than, you know, the usual.

This what I mean about the Pats crushing your soul. They have been chipping away for a few years, but 2008 is going to be the crushing blow. Waiting for the next Tom Brady. I think I might need a swimming pool for Pats fan tears this year. Olympic size. Maybe Woody can hire Michael Phelps to do some laps in it to entertain the rest the fans of the NFL. I bet that would sell some PSLs.

Does it bother you, even in the least, that you should have at least been forced into overtime on Sunday? The only reason you weren't is that Bowe dropped a pass in the endzone where he was wide open because your CB couldn't keep up. That was against KC's backup QB and it was KC you were playing. Again, does that not bother you even in the least?

The Boston Globe reports that Patriots QB Tom Brady suffered a torn left ACL and MCL in Week 1 vs. Kansas City, according to sources. Furthermore, Brady will wait four-to-six weeks for the MCL to heal before having surgery for the ACL. That surgery should come in at least a month, pushing Brady's timetable to be through rehab to potentially July.

Analysis: This is alarmingly like other knee injuries we've seen over the course of time, including those suffered by Willis McGahee in college and Daunte Culpepper and Trent Green in the pros. Obviously, two of those players came back OK from the injury while a third did not and recently retired. With proper rehabilitation, Brady should make a full recovery, and at least we won't have to worry about his arm being surgically repaired.

Has Belly even admitted that it is Brady's knee, or is he still pretending that "everything's normal" in Foxboro?

I disagree. It has nothing to do with the Jets. It looks like it's from Rotoworld, and is just saying that when he comes back his arm (and thus his fantasy value) will be fine. Do the Jets even have a QB with arm issues?

No, it dosen't. It means he will be ready for training camp, barring any recovery setbacks.

Yet another know nothing wishful thinking post, maybe reading will help or perhaps math, 6-9 months to 100% recovery. Plamer started the following season, as did Mcnabb who's injury was much worse. Don't let fact get in your way, can't wait to see what you have to say next monday.

Dude, you feel pretty good after the way suck-ass Cassel played yesterday? After the Jets all but handed the game to Belichick? I'm not happy about how the Jets came out, but you have got to be kidding me if you were happy about Cassel's performance, or even watching Randy Moss mail it in yesterday. Do you really think that team is going to do anything this year?
