I'm going the game Thursday and was wondering if anyone had any advice for parking/best route/food in the area etc. I've never been to Piscataway and was hoping someone could help me out. Google maps is telling me the best way to get there from CT is going on the turnpike but I was hoping someone had a better idea.

Well, if you don't have prepaid parking, it's kind of a bitch. I don't know how to get it, since I have a parking pass on a different campus (I'm a commuter student at RU). Wherever the free parking is, you'll just have to find the closest bus stop and take it to the stadium, which is on Busch Campus.

I'm going for work so I'll get comped for it, so that I'm not so much worried about. Taking that into consideration, are there paid lots nearby?

Yeah, but I don't know if you can pay when you get there, you have to pay in advance. I'd check that out on scarletknights.com.

Also, for pregame, listen to 88.7.
