Anybody still worried Jones is breaking down? I'm not, i think he is running well, up to 63 yards on the day. So far a solid performance.

Yup...He's having a really solid game and you know what? About 10 seconds ago...He just rushed for his first TD on the year. Already tied his rushing mark for TD's as far as last year goes, this year...It only took the guy one game.

Last year our offensive line was horrid...This year we went and signed Faneca and Woody and you know what? In less than one game...As Jet fans, we can all see the differense. This whole offseason I been excited about our offesnsive line and these guys are showing us what they can do.

Thomas Jones and Leon Washington baby!

Ahh, he is still an average back and having a solid game against the doplhins isn't some kind of water lue moment either.

Miami's Run D sucks, I expected Jones to get over 100 vs them. Dont wanna downgrade his play either, just has to do more of this especially with this O-Line.

Should be a good test next week.

Noone ever said he?s anything more, but having a average back that you can hand the ball 25 times week in and week out and he gets the job done is big.

Is it Favre or the O-line? I can't get the game here.

I'm a new fan to the Jets and I have to say I was impressed with him today. I'm not sure about his past but if Brett likes him, he will get a lot of action this year.

I always thought the Thomas Jones hate on this board was overdone. He's a very solid NFL running back and, now that he is behind a good offensive line, he will rush for 1300+ yards and 10 TDs.

All he needs is an O-Line.....

He ran the ball very well today, found the holes. Nice to see him match his total of 1 TD from last season in the first game of this season
