I haven't heard much, if anything about BT this TC or the preseason games. Have I missed something, or is he having a very quiet camp? I'm starting to wonder if he may be a surprise cut. I know Gholston is not ready yet, but I'm wondering where BT may realistically be on the depth chart. One things for sure, if he doesn't get his act together he won't be on this team next year.

hes just been an average solid player so far..nothing special to talk about and not too many negatives to talk about..i dont think hell be cut because after Pace/Gholston/Thomas there is a big drop off
The reports have Thomas doing well in coverage and being a quiet contributor. That's another way to say he's not making an impact on defense.
Thomas won't get cut. Gholston's not ready yet. And I'm sure the coaching staff is interested to see what Bryan can do with some support from Jenkins and Pace. Remember Thomas had measurables as good as Gholston at the Combine. The guy is super athletic.
He won't be cut. (And I was thinking the same thing about him getting more playing time than Gholston. At least over the first 6 or 8 games.)
He's doing better than Gholston, that's for sure. Thomas looks like he bulked up a bit. Looks more fluid in coverage as well. He's just a gap stop until Gholston is ready to make an impact, so I'm not too concerned about B. Thomas. The guy I do like out there, besides obviously Pace, is the guy wearing #94. Marques Murrell is it? Haven't seen how he looks in coverage, but when he is rushing the passer, he seems to have a quick burst. He looks very athletic as well.
Yeah, that's Marques Murrell. There is a thread on him a little bit below. He's caught the eye of a lot of people.
Yes, he had a very quiet camp. I suppose he's been around long enough to just focus on getting ready for the regular season, and didnt feel he had to turn heads in TC.
