Big Jets Announcements?

    1050espn announcers Buttle and Eagle. They said to tune into 1050 on Monday at 3 and 5 for "big" JET announcements that you dont want to miss.

    I havent seen anything on this all day but I thought I would post about it incase it was something worthwhile.

    How the hell can there be any bigger announcements than we've already had? Are they trading for Ladainian Tomlinson??? (j/k I don't want to be attrubuted to any stupid rumors)

    Probably Favre and Mangini will do interviews every Monday with Michael Kay or something.

    If they specifically mentioned 1050 and said "big announcement", it has to be something lame like that.

    More than likely. I don't know much about 1050 and since it is not mentioned anywhere else on the web it is probably that.

    Many companies, mine included, do not allow streaming radio feeds through their firewalls.

    On the 1050 homepage they stated that Favre will be doing his first one-on-one interview since joining the Jets today with Michael Kaye. That could possibly be the "news" they were referring too...

    I found this quote from another forum.

    "Max Kellerman said on his radio show several times that Michael Kay will be making 2 big announcements and that he will have the first one-on-one interview with Brett Favre. ...."

    Perhaps it is some set interview sched with Favre.
