heres one of the long list of players that were productive, I dunno about Pro Bowlers (even though that seems to be the all this board wants at every position) that were good somewhere else...

Kareem McKenzie... we just let him walk too... that was brilliant in hindsight, don't you think

NDMick, I think you've got something about this particular oxymoron.

The passionate NYC fan can get so wrought up over what he thinks is the truth that when the game gets played and something else that he didn't expect or think of actually happens, the poor bastard has to twist himself into a pretzel to get through it.

My friend, Nick, is just about uncurling himself from the Super Bowl and watching his nemesis, Eli. He told me today he watched the SB again last night for the third time, and they still won the damned game. There was almost no incredulity left in his voice, too.

I got to go with KOZ and KurtTheJetsFan on this...

    What's with the negativity?

Im on his bandwagon. I will give him some time this season to see how he fares, but if its not there by the end, its likely not going to be there at all.

Chansi Stuckey is going to burn a lot of people this year. Miller is just one of his first victums.

    Couple things on Jmill..

First, he came out as a cocky junior...which to me means that he had to learn to mature in the NFL, which takes time for most players, particularly, players from backgrounds where Miller is from.

Another thing is that, the best corner backs often play on teams that have good to great pass rushers...which we have severely lacked for the past 5 plus years.

Jmills definitely isn't the smartest cookie in the box, and he has looked very bad out there at times, but like many have said, lets wait and hope that he does improve.

Maybe seeing a guy like Revis who has less of the God given talent that Justin has and who comes from a similar background, work hard and hopefully make the probowl light a fire under him.

As someone else said...maybe the time in the gym rehabbing, also may stick with justin as he tried to revamp his career in the NFL
