i think if mario williams or sumone denver wants is available at 4, we should trade #4 Overall for denvers #15 and #22, think about it, i would much rather have those middle-late 1st round picks than 1 high pick, what do u guys think??

I would pass... I would like 1 of the Elite Prospects and you cant get 1 at #15.

3 picks are better than 2 picks... in 1st round. Unless of course, you're drafting Vince Young at #4 or N'gata, or Mario Williams. :breakdance:

Jets' need DT, OT, C, G, SS. IMO. These can be addressed in the draft.

Your list of Jets needs is pretty accurate.

I would take the extra picks, but damn it would tough to give up Brick.

But your list is missing CB, WR, FB, RB, and QB. Not to mention depth at practically every position.

Why does Denver do it, though?

    Argument for trading down

If the FO is really considering drafting D'Brick with the #4 then moving down would be a better option with Winston Justice, Marcus MCNeil and Eric Winston all top rated Tackles available later in the draft.

I'm not saying that all are equal, but the drop off can't be that far and we might be able to land that extra 1st rounder to use on a RB or steal some best available that may drop.

I think they definetly would consider it if Mario was still on the board, they need a pass rusher badly.

    I would do it, then:

    15) Tamba Hali
    22) Chad Greenway
    29) LenDale White

    That would be awesome.

With 5 picks on day 1, we should trade up if anything. It would be really expenisve to sign 3 1st rounders and an early 2nd.

We'd have to give them a 6th rounder back to even it up.

    I wouldn't do it though.

They don't I don't think.. they have needs at DE, WR, TE and alotta people think they're big on deangelo so I don't see them trading up when they have those needs to fill...

Also dude, not trying to spark the baseball talk but theres only one sandman in NY and wagner is far from it

im gonna have to disagree with all three of those picks.

    15) winston justice
    22) deangelo williams
    29) mangold

now that would really take care of 3 of our needs

Those pics would be a nightmare with the exception of White. Greenway and hali are second rounders after their workouts.
